Isn't this applicable any time you visit, raining or not? :D Sorry, couldn't resist.

aha! ;)

but things tend to be much more malfunctiony...ish...ly when it's raining. in fact... it's always when it's rainging that things break down much more quickly!

I would normally agree, with 3 kids we would usually head to Epcot if we had a rainy day. There seems to be more inside things for us to do, with innovations and the living seas. My kids could spend hours just watching the dolphins. But now that my two oldest are getting a little older I think we would head to Magic Kingdom. As others have said the ride lines usually go down so we could possibly get more done.

we went through the same problem as my kids got older as if them being 1 boy and 1 girl but 5 years apart wasn't a challenge in and of itself lol but epcot got fun again when they were finally old enough to drink lol. but i understand how you feel with my 8 y/o granddaughter epcot can be a little harder at times but we've found for us at least mk can be the hardest to do in the rain. she's at that age where she wants to do character meets, pirates, space, splash, and thunder half of which close in the rain of course. i have to barter for pretty much anything else lol so for us it doesn't leave a lot at mk in the rain (sigh) but like a lot of people it's my favorite park rain or shine.

yes! there is plenty to do! Most things are indoors and stores might be crowded because no one wants to be out in the rain...and shows, parades might get canceled so I guess it depends on what you want to in the park
