Does the MK perform the Welcome Show on Extra Magic Hours mornings? If so, what times does it start? Thanks.

For extra magic hours, the Welcome show is a shortened version with only a countdown. It is very short and a huge disappointment for those wanting to see it. One trip a few years back, we only had one day at MK and that day had EMH. We got there, excited to see The Welcome Show but it was the short version because of the EMH. I hope that helps! 
P.S. The shorter Welcome Show starts the same amount of time before Park opening as a regular day. I think about 10 minutes beforehand.

Thanks. I will not be hurt if its not the full show - I have never been at MK at opening so this will be a treat nonetheless.

No, once EMH begin, the park is technically open. Off-site guests have to wait at the RFID scanners for the regular opening time. Then, they are let directly into the park. So, there is not another welcome show at the regular time.

I just checked the official calendar and the Welcome Show is not listed at all for any morning EMHs day. Do they not perform any version of the welcome show anymore?

They did when we were there at the end of June. It was the full show.
