Hi guys,
After track practice, this past Monday, my mom, my niece, my brother and his friends decided to head out to the Magic Kingdom, and spend time together.
Magic Kingdom felt busy to me, it was either that or my head was still spinning from track practice. :shrug:
Haunted Mansion had 30 + minute wait, and they utilized the extended queue areas in the afternoon. Pirates was about 20 min. wait, and Space Mountain evidently had a 60 minute wait, although it looked much more to me. Over all waiting time was 15-20 minutes plus for most attractions, that I saw.
MSUSA looked nice.
The moat around the castle is drained, and Magic Kingdom looked liked "Construction Kingdom". Rehab walls were abundant, don't even get me started! Haha, it's a good thing I support, and understand the need of Magic Kingdom's beautification. By the way guys, the crane was behind the castle and at work (I saw to guys on working the removal of the lights, so I think).
I noticed in the baby center that they still had the Christmas version of the park maps. :brick:
The cold freeze that hit Florida, damaged a lot of the "Disney vegetation".
In Pirates the Barbosa mist, projection effect, wasn't working when I rode it.
The TTA is a nice ride, I wish they'd play music when you enter space mountain. Why haven't they put that music loop back in? It to dark and quite in there.
Over all I had a good day, despite being tired from track. I wonder how everything will look when all these refurbishments end, hopefully they won't "SM" it if you know what I mean. :hammer:
