Magic Kingdom Tours - Curious

I was looking for some input regarding the various MK tours. My family has been to WDW several times and we have always been curious. My kids are preteen/teen and enjoy Disney history and trying new things. Are they worth it? Which tour do you recommend?

Be sure to check the minimum age for the tours. The two that come to mind with age restrictions are Keys to the Kingdom (min age 16) and Marceline to Magic Kingdom (min age 12). Keys to the Kingdom is awesome and my husband and I really enjoyed it.
