That's the number to book a tour. I need the direct line to the office. I know it's a real number b/c Brad (i think that was his name) left me a VM on my phone last week w/ the number.

WDW-TOUR should be able to handle your concerns, or at least forward you on to the appropriate party who can. The number for Magic Kingdom Guest Relations, which handles the Keys to the Kingdom Tour, is not publicly available.
