Side note: You're thinking of the Sunshine Tree Terrace near the exit to the Tiki Room.
Sunshine Seasons is the food court inside The Land at Epcot.

You can also get the frozen raspberry lemondades from the little hut across from the Tea Cups. It's kind of right on the border between FL and TL.
