I saw some ropes up this afternoon as people were waiting, but not sure if they've been taken down or if people are just standing in front of them.

There are, I seen a few CMS who were handling them in the Main Street cam.
I think they only use them to cut down the traffic from the outer areas to the street.
Anywhere else.. no ropes, no divisions.

Is it just me...or are there no crowd control ropes?

They use them, but extremely effiiently. And they don't have to use 3,000 ft of masking tape every day.

For WoC and Fantasmic, the ninja CMs removed all the ropes during the shows, unnoticed, making for an extremely easy exiting process.

I should not be this excited about a show I wasnt impressed with on youtube and that Disneyland is getting it.
