I'm not sure it's truly live, it's keeps jumping, I've seen the same 2 people walk away and suddenly they are back in the same place. Plus with 3 mins to go till parade time, it doesn't look like it should.

Edit: might have been wrong, seen Sully and co, I was expecting more crowds!

That must have been the Monsterous Pre-parade. But I have to say that the 3 O'clock parade isn't at 3 O'clock. I notice that they haven't taken the rope down yet on the firehouse side.

that was the pre-parade. it steps off from Frontierland so it'll be about 3:20 before it gets to main street

Interesting that they would do this, since I know that they took the old ones down in large part as a response to 9/11.

That is a total urban rumor. All the WDW park webcams were removed prior to 09/11/2001.
