They still have them. You can check the schedule on MDE / Disneys website. But, they don't run frequently like at Disneyland, or days past at WDW...

Vehicles are out when breakfast guests are admitted before rope drop and stay on the street until about 10:00. The Horse Trolley is out from rope drop until 12:30. This is to allow the MiSiCi horror show and the Castle show. Disneyland is not plagued with the MiSiCi or Castle show or even a mid afternoon parade so all the vehicles stay on the street most of the day. Entertainment dictates what happens on the street at MK. A few years ago is what you remember when vehicles were on Main St at MK most of the day.
