Ok. But still, other than a couple floats being missing or added, once I re-sync the two on my two monitors, floats are passing by the screen at exactly the same time, and I can see the previous floats turning to head up Main Street at the exact same time. It's just impressive, given the very archaic technology they're using...which has actually been downgraded over the years, from the embedded sensors to mostly visual (cameras and spotters), from what I understand.

Agreed. This video worked much better than the soundtrack I posted earlier for the first one, I think, because it was taken from the same general area as the stream, and you had floats for visual queues to sync up.

Fantastic parade!
