If you want to go during zero crowds go the week of Jan 23rd. It was the emptiest I ever seen this park! I'm telling you we did not wait more than 5 minutes. For most rides you didn't even wait at all. When we went on POC we asked the castmember for a front row and she said :Heck, take the whole boat to yourself." It was wonderful to get to see everything and do it stress free.
One thing I have to mention though, less character opportunites.I guess with less crowds they cut back staff. Also the seemed to be using this week to train many so castmates fo be prepared to wait a bit for say an icecream.

It wasn't crowded, but there were days there were some waits. Primarily on the weekends. Saturday, there were 60 minute waits for Space Mountain, 45 minute waits for Thunder.

I should have mentioned I was in Magic Kingdom Tuesday and Wednesday only. Luckily we did space Mountain and Thunder with no waits. I was so spoiled I was complaining about the walk just to get to the ride.

You're lucky you weren't there on Monday (1/24). It was nutty!
I'm guessing it was the combination of MSEP and closing at 11.....

I was there on Monday also. It was horrible, 35 minute wait for it's a small world. If you are a fan of small world, you know that the average wait time is 0 minutes. Tuesday and Wednesday were great!

I'm not gonna lie, i've been working and coming to disney every single spring for about 2yrs now. this is the busiest i've seen it in a long time during this time of year! I remember being able to walk on most attractions. It seems that there are more tour groups from other countries. Not sure if this is a sign of the economical climate or not but just my observation as a regular at Disney World

The Spring term for the College Program adds almost all of its cast members in waves from early January to early February (I think there are four weeks). So at this time of year there are a TON of new CMs being added and trained. I believe this is about the time that should be tailing off, but mid-to-late January should probably be the most likely time of the year for you to run in to a CM being trained on the job.

The Fall program participants are broken up slightly more because the extended folks (the ones doing a few more months than just a semester) come early, as in May, instead of leaving late. In other words, all the Spring CPs, for the most part, arrive over the span of a few weeks in Jan-Feb. The Fall participants mostly arrive (I believe) from Aug-Sep, but some arrive in May.

I see this has already been covered.

Also, don't quote me, but I believe September is actually the slowest month.

Yep we typically go in February which is one of the off times for crowds. Going most recently during Christmas/New Years time... oh what a change.
