Like many other clocks in the Magic Kingdom and elsewhere in WDW, the clock does not have the "correct" Roman numeral for 4 o'clock (should be IV). Instead, it has the "IIII" to represent 4, as was used in earler times.
Well after looking at some of my pictures, the only thing I can come up with is that the hands are circles, instead of the traditional straight lines. I think there might be letters that spell something, but the angle just wasn't right on my pic, so I can't tell what it says, if anything.
