if a picture is worth a thousand words, then this is the longest time/crowd post you'll ever read. I'm going to post a single image, with my word that MK was in fact this busy today.

This was the queue to Space Mountain:

other examples... at 6pm, almost every fastpass in the park had been distributed (including the attractions that this rarely happens to) and it took Brad (speck76) and I 20 minutes of waiting in line to ORDER our burgers.

It did seem pretty crowded. I wonder why though. The parking lot didn't strike me as any more fuller than your typical summer weekend. Around 6:30 or so, BTMR was 30 minutes and Splash 50, so it wasn't TOO bad. *shrug*

I assume they were using the indoor queue for Space as well? Now I am REALLY glad I am staying away from WDW at all costs during this summer and going over to UO (well, only on Sundays of course).

i have seen it longer than that mkt your lucky i have seen space line once go out onto main street and beyond like almost the entrance to adventureland

This was as it just had gotten back up from being down for a few hours, with fastpasses just running out. It would get longer

This is why I avoid peak times if at all possible. That and I would melt in the heat. I do not envy anyone in those lines. Wow.

not entirely true...

I was able to get BTMR, and believe it or not, Pan, at around 630-7. (I was late arriving on Sat)

Well that answers the question I had in my head as to whether the post-July 4 crowds were getting smaller yet.

There is just no way in hell I would have waited in that line, or any other line for that matter, for that long!!!!!
