Magic Hours

We are visiting Walt DisneyWorld in July (2nd & 3rd weeks) and accept that the parks generally will be very busy at that time of year. At the moment we are at the planning stage and trying to decide on which day to visit what ?
We will not be staying at a WDW resort hotel and would be interested to know whether the days that have Magic Hours for resort guests, have any impact on visitor numbers and should we avoid these days?
Any thoughts or guidance would be appreciated.

We visit every year in the summer time and stay offsite. We plan our schedule around avoiding the parks on extra magic hour days. It is my opinion that the park that is hosting extra magic hour tends to be more crowded than the others. If you read the Unofficial Guide To Walt Disney World, this book also advises this as well.

It will still be crowded during your visit but use fastpass as much as you can and you should be fine. Hope this helps. Have a great vacation!

11 more days!!:sohappy:
