It is actually a converted attic. It has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and full bathroom. According to the owner it is right behind campus which means I wouldn't have to drive. I'm going to look at it next week. The owner is going to make a decision next week. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

No, it was a pretty severe thunderstorm. We got a ton of rain from it too, and some parts of the state got a lot of hail.

Me too! All utilities except electricity are also included. So while that adds maybe $100 to the rent, I don't have to pay for wi-fi.
