I'm going over to my parent's old house to clean out all my junk. They finally have a contract on it!!! They close on the 12th of Feb!

Yeah it's strange; everything fit before we left. Now this week suddenly none of my clothes fit. I wore the same shirt to work twice this week.
Oh! That's exciting!! Have they moved into their new house yet?

:lol: They moved into their new house a year and a half ago. This house has been for sale for over 2 years now. But it was an odd kind of property, so with people not wanting to spend money and the economy in the toilet...it took a long time.Yeah it's strange; everything fit before we left. Now this week suddenly none of my clothes fit. I wore the same shirt to work twice this week.
Oh! That's exciting!! Have they moved into their new house yet?
My mom is so happy, which is great, she was really depressing there for a while.
And I'm sorry to hear that you had to wear a shirt twice in one week...I hope you washed it first...:lookaroun Amazing how the growth just sort of comes up out of the blue, isn't it?

I am in and out also.
Trying to take care of Dorthy and trying to make Taco soup. Never made it before but my sister did for Christmas. She said just throw is together and let it simmer.:shrug:
I guess it is. :lol:That's pretty much the story of soup.
Toss in what you have and let it simmer!
Today must be soup day.
Went to work this morning and everyone brought soup to share. :lol:
So far today, I've had my freezing hands wrapped around a cup of hot coffee and a cup of hot chocolate. A cup of soup is next. Warms up both the outside and the inside.

Hope everyone is well - praying for a quick recovery for your youngest, Susan. :kiss: My throat is still icky as well, but could be worse so I'm thankful.
We've been having a good day. Joel likes his presents, in fact has been playing with them all day, and I just took his cake out of the oven a little bit ago, so it smells all chocolate-y in here. :slurp::slurp:
