Night Dottie!

I need to go too. I keep nagging DH that we need to start getting the house in order for our Superbowl party and am now getting the eye since I'm not helping.

I went to go pick up the society's tax return today in the pouring rain, I step out into rain, and walk right into a pot hole and twist my knee and ankle! I am blamming the accountant because she was suppose to deliver it but she had just had her hair colored this morning and didn't want to ruin it in the rain...:brick:

Good morning!

I'd say we have anywhere from 8-10" on the ground here - maybe a little more. And it's the heavy wet stuff, so branches are bent almost all the way to the ground....there's a little sapling in my front yard that almost completely bent over. Definitely the largest snowfall we've had here in a while. It's supposed to continue all day, so I think we'll see over a foot here by the time it's done.
So glad Mike chose to stay in Canton, although I slept lousy probably because he wasn't here. My plans for the day are rather simple....muffins for breakfast :slurp:, kitchen and laundry detail, and mixing up a pan of brownies somewhere in between. And cooking a large supper for tonight, as Mike is going to try to get home after work. I'm sure I'll be by here a few times too, so I hope everyone has a great day!:kiss::kiss:

I'm checking in too. We've got at least 15" on the ground and it's still coming down heavy. Oy. :dazzle:

Marc's still determined to go to see his Nan tomorrow. I told him that Anastasia and I were staying home. :brick:

off to dig out. Pics and video of the girl up to her armpits in snow coming later!

Be careful with the shoveling. Looking forward to pics!

Wow, we're finally heading toward 5000 posts! What should the title for our next thread be?
Soaking up the sun with Magic Friends?
Laying on the beach with Magic Friends?
Running like hades from the snow (except for Dana) with Magic Friends?

All this snow talk makes me very grateful that I'm not in Wisconsin anymore. Last time I was there was in December, but it was because I had to deal with a family emergency up there.

Anyhow, I'm off to survive my last day at Pecos Bill's Cafe. Pray that I get out in one piece tonight.

You'll be all right, love! Have fun. : )

Morning - It's snowing here too, but it's not supposed to amount to much. I hate winter.

I know, it's ridiculous.

And Grant is working. He kills me...every fine Saturday he's about the house, driving me up a wall. But when I could use him on a day like this, suddenly he's working.
