Magic Express - how long does it take to get to the resort

We cab to Resort, then ME bus back to airport.

Late night flights take forever to finallly fill the ME bus up. So you sit and wait, and wait, and wait.

Then Yacht Club is always last stop. Caribbean, BoardWalk, Beach, Yacht. Sometimes with Pop thrown in for good measure.

I'm due to arrive at 9.05pm at MCO, should I expect to be at CBR before midnight? Will the resort check in desks still be open then?

OP, an hour is pushing it. Say your plane does land at 11:30. I'd plan on 10-15 minutes to deplane, unless you happen to be front row. Another 5-10 minutes to walk to the monorail, maybe 5-10 minutes for the monorail, and then another 5-10 minutes from there to transportation checkin. Looking at 35-40 minutes minimum before you get on any sort of transportation. Most people stick in a bathroom break in there, and possibly snacks as well, so maybe longer. Then it's roughly a 35-40 minute trip to WDW no matter how you are getting there.

There should be at least 1 person staffing the front desk for check ins 24x7. I've gotten back to my hotel at 1-2 AM post midnight park close, still people checking in. I've also left my hotel at 3:30-4 AM for runDisney races, and yup, seen people checking in then as well, but that's much rarer.

No.

Because it is a Moderate Resort, with a cheaper price tag than that of Deluxe. Another perk should be Deluxe bus stops first on DME. But we can all sit together and mingle on said bus. ;)
While I agree in theory, that's not how Disney Transport ever works. Pop has pretty good bus service with one stop. Pay for BoardWalk and you get the pleasure of sharing with Yacht, Beach, Swan, and Dolphin before going to DAK.

Tell me about it. As a Yacht Club snob, it's all too real. Haha.

There are tons of Disney Transport inconsistencies. Maybe moreso things that I just don't like.

BoardWalk Swan/Dolphin bus??? Should stop at BoardWalk first ALWAYS--that's the official Disney Resort. But S/D are always first stop.

Why is the Caribbean Beach bus stop practically in the Contemp parking lot, behind the Value Resort slots, whereas Coronado is right up front, ahead of many Deluxes??

Pop does have stellar bus service. Good for them. I do not begrudge the Pop-ers!
