Have you made anything interesting lately?

Nothing much, I made Brownies and Peanut Butter Brownies for the nurses. George's birthday is tuesday so I am making him a coconut cake for him, (I'm allergic to coconut). But I have got to use the bananas up soon. May make banana bars and banana cream pie. :slurp:

I have a simple strawberry ice cream sauce if you would like it.

Strawberry Sauce
1 qt. Strawberries, washed and green removed.
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup light corn syrup

In heavy sauce pan combine ingredients. Cook over low heat until strawberries are softened.
Remove from heat and partially mash strawberries, leaving some large pieces.
Serve cold.
