I heard they are closing all stores for 3 hours for a re-training on how to make lattes, etc. Good PR stunt if you ask me--especially with McDonalds and Duncan Donuts getting into their market.

OT I just heard Starbucks is closing all the stores across the nation. I don't know why or when. The news just said they would give details on the noon news.

Honestly Joanna, I don't think you're going to have any issue... I mean, I imagine they only pay you for the time you work; so it's not like you'd be getting paid to leave 4 days early... and it's only 4 days; it's not like you want to keave 2-3 weeks early... And it's because your classes start; not as though you just want to end your session early...

Honestly, most likely he is going to be an understanding guy...
