Haven't read that one yet. They're putting McD's in the parks?

No, they have McD's fry carts all over the place. Rumors are they're pulling them out of Disneyland and they're wondering if they'll do the same at WDW.
I could care less, except that sometime all we could get Joel to eat on vacation was fries. Which is why we're staying somewhere with our own kitchen this time. He'll get some familiar cooking this time.

honestly, you couldn't even imagine...

it was literally like absolutely nothing the show has ever done before... ever...

it was so absurd...

I have to admit my interest in Lost waned a loooong time ago. I know I would be absolutely clueless if I ever tried to tune in.

Happy Friday/Leap Year btw, Joe.

We have it on Tivo and I'm sure will watch it over the weekend. I find it hard to follow, but I think that's because I only catch every few episodes. :veryconfu

Ah. I was surprised to see them there in the first place, but don't really mind if they're there or not.

I'm still on the fence about this, it seems to me that having Mcd's there cheapens the experience. I understand families with picky children, but I try to enjoy something different each time I visit places. I can get McD's here and I am not impressed with them anyways.

Honestly, I've never noticed where they were...maybe they try to theme them? I'm with you on wanting to try different things, though...which is why I'm trying out Boma when I go to Orlando in July. I won't have the kids with me then. :D

Oh, and I went ahead and booked my flight for the trip down - I picked Airtran out of Akron/Canton, because they were the closest to where I live...hence I can be dropped off and not have to park my car there while I'm gone.
I liked picking out my seat assignment online as well, only cost me $10 more.
All I have left now is my car rental, which after reading Nibblies experience, has me a little nervous.

Hello, all. Just got mostly caught up...

Nibbles, glad you had a nice trip to Fla. The hotel looks gorgeous!
Danny, huge (hugs) for you and your family. Hang in there, kiddo.
Joanna, I still think you made the right decision and am very happy things worked out for you.
Susie, you still stink! (75 degrees today!)
Dot, glad you and George are slowly on the mend.
Bunny, I can relate to how you feel. Hang in there!
Vince, I am so sorry things didn't go well yesterday, but I think you have a lot of guts for trying. And you should be proud. One of the worst things in life is to play the woulda, coulda, shoulda game with yourself...
Nicole, sorry I missed you last night and glad your Mom is feeling better.
Dan, glad George is home and hope school gets better for you.
Steph, it took me a minute to figure out what the avatar is, but once I did I laughed!
Hi to Betty and Jenny. The weather s u cks. We are getting another 3-6 inches of snow tonight into tomorrow. To say I am so done with winter would be a huge understatement.
Dana, have a wonderful trip to WDW and I will miss you around here!
Hi to Kat and Katy, if you two come around today.

Whew, I think that's it. Hopefully I didn't miss anyone. :lookaroun

Have to bring the boy for a haircut, then we're going to run a few errands.

Love you all!

Ack! I missed Joe. One more week to Aruba!! (brat!)

Well Happy Friday/Leap Year to you too Jenny!!!

Sorry I was in the meeting; back now though...

(I feel kinda guilty though because it was like a real gung-ho meeting about getting busier and bringing on more tasks and one of the goals I came up with was i've spent my first 6-7 months just getting comfortable in my new role; and now that I am I would like to be more challenged and take on more things; as well as learn as much as I can about what I'm actually involved in...

and here I am... probably will be around most the day... :o

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to stop by and say Hi since I've been missing for awhile. Things have been pretty busy arond here.....but luckily we just booked a last minute trip to Disney (3/15-3/21) :sohappy:

Hello - the kiddos did great at school today during the vocabulary parade, but my pics stink :(...I hope someone else there took better ones and shares some with me. :)

Joel did so well...they marched out a few kids at a time and they had to stand there while they read their word and its definition. He couldn't resist making his antenna wobble either. I was just thrilled he stood still and didn't melt down. I think he's a ham, actually.
