Are magic bands suitable for children?

Yes. The bands are adjustable to fit tiny wrists.

On the older bands, you could remove the black part so they could close to a smaller size.

Unfortunately the black portion on the new ones is significantly smaller making the adjustability of them less than previous. They are also wider across the wrist than the old.

To the OP yes the bands can fit kids and small wrists, but I personally find them uncomfortable so now I use a Magic Keeper for them. They do adjust but only so far.
