magic bands, APs, and MDE

I have a trip coming up in April. I just purchased APs online and have the email and eCert. Someone said they can still be linked without the hard ticket. Can someone tell me how?

Go to the link tickets part of MDE and put the voucher code in...

ok. I've been trying that. No go.

I think I figured out the problem. I appear to have two MDE accounts. My ADRs are on one with resort on another. I guess I'm going to have to call someone. Thanks

hmmm on the phone with them. The accounts have been merged but still a no go on the tickets. The rep is getting someone else from tech support

You should have received an email from Disney Destinations with a PDF attachment. The PDF contains the e-Certificates. They look like this. Input the serial numbers (from either one of the bar codes in the bottom right corner).
