Maelstrom ROCKS !

[DMC-12]

Ok guys.. I have put some thought into this one. During my last trip to WDW a few weeks ago, I could not help giggling a bit while I was walking into Maelstrom. Cause I had this funny visual in my head. It was about turning Maelstrom into a RnRC type thrill ride..:lol: So Here I go.

Maelstrom ROCKS ! Featuring the Norwegian rock group, TROLL !

Trust me… it was not easy finding a rock group in Norway. :lol:

Now to stick with the theme here… the take off would be similar to RnRC.. though you would still be in a plastic Viking boat… it would now launch you from 0-60mph in about 3 seconds… :lol: There is a cool overhead LED sign giving launch instructions. Like Paddle to the Water - Rock That Troll - Your Late - Lets Row.. etc.... Then The voice of Los Angeles' classic rock dee-jay Uncle Joe Benson (for this ride we will call him Sven St.James) tells us that if we're late for that TROLL concert, don't panic; the station's gonna be broadcasting live from the show, so we won't miss a thing. Then BOOM.. you launch up the ramp, and your on your way to a rockin concert, Norway style baby!
