MAD Magazines takes on WDW

Yes, I did very deliberately choose my avatar. (Maybe that is a copyright violation too???) The only difference is the avatar has more hair but is was the most appropriate representation I could find. I even have a Seven Dwarfs "Grumpy and Proud Of It" shirt I wear to the parks.
However, I am not in curmudgeon mode about this. I am simply pointing out that posting copyrighted material from another source may well be a copyright violation. If you simply post a link to another page and tell others to visit that link that is not a violation, but when you re-publish the content without permission it is a violation. I suspect most of us (me too) have posted copyrighted material without even thinking about it, just like we all go over the speed limit sometimes without even meaning to. I just don't want to see this web site or any of the posters unintentionally get into a problem because I like it here. If you would rather be safe than sorry I suggest you remove the poster itself and just tell others there is a very funny Mad Magazine parody poster on the Huffington Post link. (And yes, just like "where's Waldo" I am still looking at it.)

If individual posters had to strictly adhere to copyright law, this, and pretty much every forum-based site on the internet, would quickly collapse into a pile of dust.
