Not surprised at the outcome> But did you notice how there was next to no press about it being dismissed, considering how much press there was when it happened.

I'm not sure that this means it was "thrown out". The document in the link indicates there was a joint submission from the parties for dismissal with prejudice. That means both sides agreed to dismiss, usually indicative of an "out-of-court settlement".

Because out-of-court settlements usually include no admission of guilt, the parties each pay their own fees [if Disney were ordered to pay their fees, it would indicate guilt, even if no punitive payment were assessed]. Likely, Disney settled out and paid enough to cover their legal fees as well.

Since settlements also usually include non-disclosure agreements, we may never know.

What does "dismissal with prejudice" mean?

As far as the court is concerned, Disney may never be tried on the charges again, or with the same evidence. In short, it's essentially saying it was agreed that Disney wasn't guilty.

Now, wether or not that agreement in the court's eyes was decided upon because the two parties exchanged a large sum of money and stopped shouting blame on each other, I dunno.
