Lunch Menu = Dinner Menu?

Hi Guys,

Is this new since Covid? I noticed on pretty much every Menu I've looked at, Lunch is not just similar but IDENTICAL to Dinner. The prices are also the same, which is unusual. Don't really care too much but curious if its always been this way? And are there any current restaurants where it is not the same?

Easier for the kitchen to prepare for just one meal and cheaper as well.

Docking Bay 7 has the ronto wrap at dinner but not lunch. Sunshine Seasons changes up their menu significantly at dinner, much smaller.

This. The block of time mattered more than anything. Places like the castle had huge differences in pricing, but otherwise it seemed more that they needed time to clean and reset between meals.
