lunch at tonys' town square

Hi we are busy planning our trip for september and we have booked lunch for our family at tonys' for 2.45pm i was wondering will we be able to see the parade go by or are we going to miss it that day?

We had 2:30 ADR's at Tony's in Oct 06 and April 07. Both times we asked for a table by the window when we checked in at the podium and got it both times. We were able to see the parade go by, no problem.
