Last time we were down in August, we got hungry but we wanted to sit down for a late lunch/early dinner. The only place open was Tony's. I wasn't too happy, but I was hungry. I reluctantly went. I was surprised. We had the Caprese and calamari as shared appetizers. Our dishes ordered were mahi, shrimp alfredo, and a personal pizza. Everything was really good, but the waiter was a miserable older man. Luckily the two Chiantis I had mellowed me out.

P.S. good job on the 15% discounted cards...they’re out there but usually have a short buying window. This past holiday season saw 6% off at BJs club, and if you combined a $10 off $50 spent, you could get $51.51 cards for $40. (one $25 card for $23.49 + one $26.51 load any amount card to get your purchase total to $50)

Hey, thanks for the tip! Current BJ's gift card savings are only up to about 4% (on the $500 GCs, purchased online), but it's better than a stick in the eye -- enough for a round of Dole Whips, anyway. Gonna give it a go.

[Sorry, please return to your previously-scheduled discussion of Tony's. Incidentally, my sister and her family ate there and loved it. Granted, they are the kinds of folks who genuinely prefer really bland, middle-of-the-road American food, so the poor reviews of "boring" dishes at Tony's were more of a draw than a detractor for them, but they also take note of things like proper execution, and they raved about Tony's "perfectly cooked" chicken parm in particular!]

We like Tony's as the REALLY went above and beyond for our 25th anniversary! That is the kind of Magic that is always assists the food at Tony's.

By the way,at BJs it is a better deal (by .04) to buy 5 of the $100 Disney Gift Cards for $95.99 each.........

We were there last March and the food and service were both very good.
Attached are photos of the grilled salmon and beef tenderloin.

We ended up booking it and also booked it again in June. We figured we would try them out in January and if we like it, keep the other reservation. In about three weeks, I will update about our experience there when I return from my trip.

Oh, not at all. We are not "foodies" and like comfort food. My husband had the spaghetti and meatballs, bread and salad. He said it was very good. I had the chicken parm with bread and salad. I love good chicken parm and am quite picky about it. This was fabulous!!!! The crust was seasoned perfectly and the chicken was juicey and delicious. The pasta was good and the marinara sauce was excellent. We had no complaints at all. We didn't have dessert because we were quite full from lunch.

That's good to hear. I ate at Tony's in the winter of 2017 and my GF and I both had the chicken parm -- it was almost inedible. The chicken was rubbery and the pasta was lukewarm. One of the worst meals I've ever had anywhere. I'm glad they're trying to improve.

We went in late-January. The food was a lot better than when we went about 5 years ago. I got the fried mozzarella appetizer and my husband got the calamari. Both were good. We both ordered the Italian trio. A lot of food. All good. We liked the alfredo the best and the chicken parm the least. For dessert, my husband ordered the amaretto cheesecake and I ordered the tiramasu. Both were excellent, but we were really stuffed by that time. We are going again in March. My husband already said he is getting the alfredo only and I am not sure.
