Lunch at kona cafe

We have never eaten here and plan to try it out on our fall visit since we have heard such great things. My wife and I love sushi and want to eat it somewhere on property, but one thing I have been trying to figure out is if they serve sushi at lunch at kona cafe or not... Does anybody know for sure? Thanks

I just stopped for lunch there the other day, and yes! They serve lots of yummy sushi!

Awesome! Was there anything on the menu that you would say is a must try?

The shrimp tempura roll was really good! (I can't have anything uncooked as I'm currently pregnant) it had mango in it as well as the shrimp, which isn't something I'd normally try, but I'm really glad I did. Next time I would ask for more of the sauce that came with it!

Also, the Kona Island near Kona Cafe has sushi, and it's a "bar", so you can sit and watch the sushi chef make it. Yum. Enjoy! Check out allears.net for the menus.
