Lunch and Dinner Times

I am hoping someone can shed some light on the lunch and dinner times for WDW restuarants. Is it universal across WDW or varies based on the restaurant or location?

Basically what times are considered lunch, with lunch menus and prices? I'd assume 11-4:30 if i had to guess. When does dinner officially start?

I've hunted around on WDW.com with no results.

You probably can't find anything because it depends on what restaurant you want to go to. For example, the higher scale places (like that Crystal Restaurant in MK) has a breakfast buffet until about 11am, then lunch from 11am-4pm, dinner from 4pm onward. My suggestion is that you find a place (or places) you like, then call 1-407-wdw-dine to find hours (and make reservations). It can save you a ton of time.
