I've been going to Walt Disney World since our first trip (single day) on October 1, 1972. We'd just moved to Orlando and the trip was for my sister's 2nd birthday (and eventually we did her 40th there too). My daughter was even married at disney in 2014 so we're a big disney family. I only live 2 1/2 hrs north of wdw so I go with various family members. One thing that we always do (minimum one day per trip) is have a theme. It can be everyone wearing the same color, everyone wearing a favorite hero, villain, or sports team kind of thing. So I want to see your family/group matching pics too! Here's some of ours.

2014 Red day: Four generations of our family doing disney for a week after my daughter's wedding because planning a wedding wasn't enough I had to add in a family reunion right on top of it. Picking a color is a great way to get the Nancy Negative's (same for picking sports or college theme, it's pretty much something most people already have or can easily find in stores at home) in the group on board and not spend extra money for new shirts. I like doing this when it's a big mixed group where some members might be a little more strapped for spending on extras like shirts.

This one isn't as obvious but we're all wearing a disney attraction t-shirt. Electric Light Parade, Mr. Toad's wild ride, Sorcerer of the magic kingdom game...you get the idea. Less matchy matchy but still matching.

Old Princess food and wine weekend with my sister's and my step mom. We thought the soda t-shirts fit in well with food and wine.

And one of my favorites...they agreed to be snow white and the dwarfs to my evil queen :) My granddaughter (who has bad allergies was really disappointed they didn't have a sneezy t-shirt lol). All the shirts were adult sizes so we had to get a little creative.

Ooh, I'll play! I used to think it was way too corny to be matchy, but I've come to think it's fun. We're usually just a party of two, so it doesn't require a lot of coordination.

First time I made us dress alike. 2008 trip with my in-laws, we are both wearing white MM polo shirts (Mickey for him, Minnie for me) with denim shorts.

Sometimes we do things like all Mickey shirts...forgive our middle sister. We were eating lunch and someone's soda spilled off their tray all down her back so she had to do a quick shopping for a clean shirt.

These were all Animal Kingdom (or Animal kingdom lodge) shirts that day

And like a lot of families we do MNSSHP in group themes although we're not anywhere nearly as creative or over the top as some of the groups we've seen. We were all something "dead" that year. My granddaughter sooo wanted to be the haunted mansion bride so I was her maid, my sister was a dead scarecrow, and my daughter was a dead prom queen. We named her on her sash Miss Magic Kingdom 1971.
