Well when I observe a toddler trying to lay on the floor to sleep in Mouse Gear and is crying because a parent made them get up and it is after 8 pm I am inclined to think that child is wore out and in need of rest. l don't interfere I just observe and feel sorry for the child.

Generally a no smoking sign on a restroom door means no smoking inside the restroom.

Nope. He was standing right outside of the women's restroom right by Spaceship Earth smoking. Clearly outside of the smoking area. I found it funny that he was 6 inches from a sign saying no smoking and he was killing that cigarette. You should have seen the looks the women walking out of the restroom were giving him. And every time one would say something to him about it he would come off with a "Shut up b***h.". Classy.
