Well the last day (Friday) came around and that night was the truck race in Daytona. Amy was incredibly upset because on Saturday I was going back to Charlotte. She meet at the resort on Friday morning to basically say "bye" and I left to go to the track. I didnt think Iwas going to see her before I left on Saturday so we were both upset by it. 
Well on my way to Daytona( and most people who live or frequent the area knows with the speeds traveled you can get to Daytona in around 30 mins) something told me that this( the truck race) was not going to happen. Well after about an hour and a half of I-4 traffic I made it to Daytona:brick:
. Looking around for parking was unbelievable and the prices to park were outrageous. I was becoming more and more frustrated with it and finally paid $60 to park. Well remember I was on a "budget" from the start of the trip and now I was paying more than what I figured but I thought i had enough money to still get my ticket. Upon reaching the ticket booth I discoverd that tickets went up on the day of the event. Well I didnt have enough money to get a ticket and also have enough money to buy gas to get back home. So by this time I was getting furious. Back in Charlotte at Lowes Motor Speedway the tickets usually stay the same and where I and most people park it is free.
