Lost/stolen iPhone magic kingdom

Hi, first WDW trip as a parent and my iPhone 7 plus went missing while in Briar Patch gift shop! My 5 month old spit up all over me and I guess I placed my phone on the rocking chair while I jumped up to wipe off (myself and baby). I didn't notice it was missing until I went outside. No cast member found it in gift shop when I asked, and both magic kingdom gift shop or the big lost and found has not found it. It was also turned off immediately so I could not track It - also made me
Hopeful it was going to be turned in since they said cast members must turn off found phones. But, it's been gone for 5 days so I assume someone was watching me while I was distracted with baby spit up and took my phone.

A total bummer way to start a WDW trip!

I have a report filed out with lost and found and was hoping some Disney Magic would come my way.
Here is my story - dropped my iPhone 7 at The Seven Dwarfs under the sea and I know exactly where it went "down under the track" and the cast member told me "no problem, the Maintainence personal will retrieve it after 10pm - please file a report at City Hall - City Hall is a mad hall where they do quick analysis and brush off the issue - I was assure the phone will be retrieved and send back to TTC lost and found tomorrow- please collect from there. 3 days now and I am just getting run a around and nothing returned. The TTC people reading through the script and even Managers have exactly same answer as the other manager - going in circles.
I can track my phone which moved from original location to next close by location and sitting there for last two days - I offered them location pic that I captured from find multiple iPhone but no we can't do it said Disney. Phone just died but last known location is still same as it was. Disneys customer service is like call center from Overseas you explain them in details and they listen but response is exactly same. The GPS location is known and I need someone to go there and pickup my phone and no I can't go there. Any help will appreciated.
Cheers!

So much for legendary Disney customer service... hope you bought the insurance.
Maybe Disney should do a clear case of fallen cell phones as a warning.

Sorry @Waqar that stinks, I too hope you have insurance...and iCloud storage.

Phones are getting so expensive nowadays with the Iphone 8 and X, it is usually the first thing I check for as soon as I get off a ride to make sure I didn't drop it. If my kid ever has one I will probably force him to keep it on a lanyard hanging from his neck while visiting the parks. I hope your phone turns up, sometimes with all the steps and tape it will take a few days.

All I can say is that totally sucks, and yet something as unimportant as my toddler's shoes that we left on the bus miraculously showed up at lost-n-found! I frankly could've cared less but my mom insisted we check since she felt "guilty" that she was in charge of them and they showed up. I will say that on 2 separate Disney cruises I lost my iPhone and our very expensive camera and both of those showed up so fingers crossed your phone will make it back to you!
