Nifty article. It's good to know that sometimes the Lost and Found does work

I know sometimes finders remain keepers and don't even try to turn it in (this happened to us a couple trips ago - Mom's wallet went missing and was never found) But it's good to know that some people do get reunited with their lost possessions.
