OK - How many loops are actually on the ride? I've been on the ride about 20 times, and I SWEAR there are only 2 inversions on the ride: There's the full loop right after the launch, and then there's a corkscrew right before the end.

However, every review of the ride you read, it says there are 3 inversions.

Am I going crazy?

There are 3 in all. There's the roll over, which is two inversions, and a corkscrew, which is one inversion. That adds up to 3! :D

Good deal, I'm not alone. I must have experienced this ride close to 40 times now (20 during our first trip since it opened) and I too only recall the initial loop, then the corkscrew. And as you mentioned, everything I've read indicates there are three inversions. Very odd.

Edit: Well, NemoRocks78 just made sense of it all.

Yep... 3. After the initial launch you enter the first loop. This is immiediatley followed by the 2nd loop (no straight track inbetween). Then a little later the corkscrew. Having the 2 loops one after the other kind of hides the double inversion here - I didn`t notice it for until I researched it!

Think of it as half loop-half corkscrew-half corkscrew- half loop.

Huh?

I've only road RnR once and I kept asking when we were going to go upside down. I was told we did but I must have been in the Twilight Zone because I just didn't feel inverted at any point:veryconfu

Goes from Launch, along the straight track, straight up into inversion 1.

Yeah, it is not technically a full loop. That is why Disney promotes California Adventure's Screamin' as their first coaster with a loop. Or maybe they just dont think indoor coasters count.

They promote that because it's the first at the Disneyland Resort:animwink:
