Looking for suggestions on Disney World Cookbooks

I have two - white/blue one, "Cooking with Mickey and the Disney Chefs" and the red one, "Chef Mickey, Treasures from the Vault & Delcious New Favorites".

The white one was not organized like a typical cookbook, but by park, so I can't judge at a glacé how much of it is baking. The other has a section on breads and desserts.

Don't know if that helps.

Chef Mickey, Treasures from the Vault is awesome! I usually get cookbooks every year at Food and Wine. My suggestion would be to look on amazon.com, read the reviews and if they have "take a sneek peak" see if there are recipes that you fancy making.

I find that they're really repetitive. I think I have maybe four Disney cookbooks, and there are certain recipes that are repeated in three of the four. The one I use most is the blue and white Cooking with Mickey and the Disney Chefs book. I haven't done a ton of baking from it, but it does have a couple good bread recipes.

One Little Spark...
Not a Disney Cookbook, but I made Scotch Eggs tonight cause I was thinking about Illuminations dinner at the Rose and Crown.

Here's my first attempt...bit heavy on the sausage (lesson learned)...
