I don`t get where you think those groups aren`t happy? Try downloading Superdrive or universal race by Theatre of tragedy or See you or I`m taking a drive or personal jesus by Depeche Mode!

Depending on your tastes why not try:

Travis: Scottish band, not sure how big they ever made it in the US, but very brit pop along the same lines as Coldplay. Their best album has to be The Man Who, with Why Does It Always Rain On Me being simply the greatest song ever.

Stereophonics: Welsh rockers, very very good, a simple listen to, and your're hooked band.

Doves: Saw this band live and they rocked the place out again similar to Oasis but IMHO far better!!!!

Well their my favourite three but you can't forget Robbie Williams, and going back to the obvious ones like The Who, The Beatles and the Rolling Stones :brick: which are all still classics!!

The Jam ROCK!!! They are one of my all time favorite bands. Is was going to mention them but decide to only include current bands. Now if I can just come up with a spare $70 for Direction, Reaction, Creation my life will be wonderful.

I think they are an American group. More specifically from Wisconsin. Although Shirley is Scottish.
