Looking for a Disney video

A few months ago someone posted a video about a fictional encounter with Disney travel agents. The video starts with a guy planning his family's first trip to WDW. The video ends with the guy (in tears) planning a trip to Universal. Can someone help me find that video?

Yes! Thank you, Monty! Long story short...I went on the hunt for this video again today. Thanks to Monty it is found (like seven-ish years later).
