We got those same tags in our packet - first time we haven't received the ones with the castle on them.

I thought they were nice too! I wasn't sure they'd send them this time since we are only using the ME on the way back to the airport, so it was a pleasant surprise.

Apparently they send those tags even if you don't use ME at all. We've never used ME and get them every time.

how long before your trip did they send those to you?? I still haven't gotten mine.. I'm still 150 days out tho.. but I've booked my vacation in January

I'm about a month away. I'm sure they also wait until it's "paid in full".

I'm traveling from the UK, what are the chances of these being sent to us? We booked direct with Disney USA.

I'm not sure, but come to think of it, I don't recall getting them when we used a travel agent our first trip, but for our other trips we booked directly thru Disney's website and have always received them.

We got those, too! Our trip is just 11 days away. If I recall correctly, we received our packet at about 32 days out.

I got back from my trip on Sunday (insert big frown face here) but have removed my luggage tags from my actual luggage... and put one on my purse and another on my favorite Lush tote bag. Savor the magic, right?

Everyone that books a vacation package gets these to my knowledge. You don't have to take DME to get them.
