DH and I spent our honeymoon in WDW in November 2007. We stayed at POR and loved it. And what made our stay there extra special was a CM (part of the college program) named Icelean who worked at the marina. Everyday we would stop and talk to her and everyday she had a smile on her face and made us laugh.
DH and I rented a 17 foot boat and when we brought it back to dock it, Icelean was pulling it in and ready to tie it, when DH hit the gas by accident, almost pulling Icelean into the water!!! The poor thing used quick judgement and pulled herself back and landed smack on her butt! But we all laughed about it.
Every day on our way out and our way back in we made it a point to say hi to her and talk with her. Her personality was great and anyone would love to be around her.
And what is so special about her, is that 5 months later, I found her via Myspace, and requested her as a friend. And she remembered us!!! And she told us how she had mentioned us to her boyfriend and told him the story about her almost being pulled into the water, and about how he thought it was hilarious. Just the fact that she remembered us, and the laughs we shared in the 9 days we were in WDW, amongst all the guests she would see every day, truly made us feel special
She is no longer in WDW, she returned back to NY to finish school... but we will never forget her!!!
