I just have to show my appreciation for Colorado at CRO. I had checked availability for the resort/room I wanted, but the while on the phone, the computer system had a glitch, and by the time she got it back, it was already booked for my dates.

However, she called me back within two hours to let me know it back on the system. Unfortunately, it was the wrong category and tad more expensive than what I could afford. We then discussed other options, and with my CAA discount, I was able to book a resort I never thought I would stay at.
