Calling these people baboons is slandering baboons. They mostly just sit around and groom each other, instead of fighting over who-knows-what minor slight provoked this scuffle.

There is a manager there maybe she is calling them. If the fight broke out as they were disembarking it’s going to take security time to be called, dispatched, and arrive

Having seen a couple of fights break out at both Magic Kingdom and Epcot security has the slowest response time ever. Most of the time the fight is done and the Guests continue on there way before they show up.

Security isn't going to do much of anything. They have a largely "observe and report" role when it comes to physical confrontations. The most they can do is verbally encourage them to stop.

The sheriff's office needs to be called in to physically break it up, if necessary.

This. No cast member even security hosts are going to get in the middle of a fight. They will verbally try to stop and more importantly keep out her guests away from the commotion, but that’s about it.
