Somehow I have missed the information about the character warehouse outlet stores main headquarters (AMS) being about 20 minutes from my house. They do not have a permanent store here like the stores in California but they are having a warehouse sale through December 28. I'm sure many of you have been to these types of sales before. Is is worth it? I understand it to be park product but I haven't seen it for myself yet. Any one have an opinion?

Most of these stores are in California. Here is the link http://www.ams-liquidation.com/listings.aspx for the stores they have including the warehouse location here in Tennessee. It looks like they might have sales in other areas from time to time but I can't say for sure. I may have to check it out tomorrow and report back. It may be nothing but a bunch of junk.

My mother has been to one of the locations in Las Vegas and has come back with a bunch of great christmas ornanments and other odds and ends. She says the store is lack luster and the selection is minute but you can find some good deals.

There's a Disney Character Outlet near here that's not listed on that link. :shrug: I was just at it 2 weeks ago. Maybe it's not the same company. Loved being able to get a Minnie shirt that said WDW for $10.
