Are there any live streams for the D23 Expo available?

That's a little disappointing. Too many D23 members are able to make this trip. It would have been nice for Disney to set something up along those lines.

Then no one would go and keep attendance low...

Looking fowrd to the announcements (even though I don't think we will be given any surprises)...

It doesn't really work like that. Disney can make it worth the trip even if the conferences were televised. Does BlizzCon, E3, etc not sell out because you can get the feeds at home? Of course not. BlizzCon (in the same building as D23, using more room, and with higher ticket prices) sold out in SECONDS. Literally. And they sell thousands more $40 watch at home feeds. No reason Disney couldn't do the same, other than that they don't know how to market and promote the D23 Expo.

Maybe you are right... I know I don't desire to attend these conventions... Actually, I'm shocked Disney hasn't tried to cash in on the paid home feeds...

Are you going to be staying up past 11:30 PM BST to see what happens? I thought 6:30 PM EST was a long time to wait on a Friday for some excitement...but you have to wait all the way until nearly midnight! Good think it is a Friday.

Bull.

Blizzcon is webcast live and it still sells out. Somehow, the thought of being at D23 and watching on the internet just don't equal. If you can and want to go, you will, if you can't, at least you could catch it on the web.
