Live Action Kim Possible Movie

In the 2003 Disney annual report, there was mention of a live action Kim Possible movie. Anyone know what happened to that?

The TV show which is animated got to large that they would never ever do something that may harm themselves by making an live actionb movie then still making a "cartoon" show.... that would be bad....

now this may have become the T.V. movie they did...
