Sounds like a payout to meI lol'd at the jokes but yikes...imagine if that fell on someone.
I had a ceiling light fixture fall on my head shortly after we bought our house...it was made of thick glass and brass, so it fortunately didn't break, but it hurt like hell.I lol'd at the jokes but yikes...imagine if that fell on someone.
Disney pays out for absolutely insanely stupid stuff that's nowhere even close to their fault, falling glass fixture would actually be a legitimate complaint.Sounds like a payout to me

Destruction of private property? Vandalism? Mischievous damage? No not Disney fans. Fairly sure it was totally accidental and not guest initiated. I am surprised there is no footage of the ball drop in slow-mo, there has to have been a recording devise somewhere in the vicinity of the incident.I noticed this looks like it was about to fall in December. I bet somebody knocked it down.
My guess is it totally rotted out due to lack of maintenance.
I still think it was likely a bird or rodent.Lol, that didn't take long at all for someone to bring up maintenance. It's the default answer for everything.
