30 minutes. Any longer than that it had better be one fine ride or one we've never ridden.

If it's something I really want to do, 45 mins - 1 hour, otherwise 30 mins sounds about right. I always say, "I'll just do this ride next time".

In Tokyo Disney, it's another story. Depending on the time of year or day of week, realistically your threshold has to go up or you're going to end up not doing much.

That's entirely right! My threshold varies on weather, who I am with, and even what Park I am at. In Tokyo, you need to be prepared for much longer wait times. During busy times, it's common to wait hours for a ride.

Generally, I will not wait more than half an hour. For some really good rides, I'll wait longer. Radiator Springs Racers and Pooh's Hunny Hunt are worth the wait!

As others have said, it's a situational thing. If I see a 30 minute queue I'll have to think about it - how much time do I have, how important is it that I do this attraction right now, etc. Sometimes I'll go ahead and wait the 30 minutes, while sometimes I'll go on to the next thing. Anything longer than 30 minutes is definitely a no-go.
