Lines for Story time with Belle and Little Mermaid?

When I first get to the Magic Kingdom on a Non-Magic Morning, I always prefer going to Frontierland and Adventure Land first. I really still want to do this so I'm wondering what the lines have been like for Story Time with Belle and The Little Mermaid ride are like in the evenings. Since you cannot fast pass Story Time with Belle it would probably be best to do it first thing in the morning but it's just not sittin right with me. Are there any other slow times during the day when the lines have not been that long?

Storytime with Belle remains a 40-60 minute wait throughout the day. Since most of the queue is outdoors, you may want to wait until evening to get in the line. My grown daughter and I went first thing in the morning in December and were warm then...we commented that there is no way we'd wait during the daytime in the summer months. If you don't have a young child with you, definitely don't wait during the day.

That being said, the attraction is amazing, especially Lumiere. Worth experiencing once, even as an adult.

Little Mermaid ride times fluctuate. We were there in the morning a couple weeks ago and waited less than 15 minutes. Fastpass is available, but if the wait is less than 25 minutes take the standby line since it is a fun interactive queue!

Thanks, that helped a lot!

I used the line app on my phone for a few weeks leading up to my recent trip because I wondered the same thing. I looked at the lines at various times of day, and decided I didn't have to rush to Little Mermaid, but that with a 1 year old who won't wait in lines too long, I'd better rush to Enchanted Tales. This worked out. We went for rope drop, and went to Enchanted Tales. Waited about 15 minutes. DH walked up with DD to volunteer to be a small part, and she absolutely loved it. In a 9 day trip, this was my favorite part. :) When we were exiting, the line was up to 60 minutes already, and it stayed fairly long throughout that day.

Little Mermaid we went to after that, and wouldn't have waited long except the ride broke down for about 20 minutes. The waits for that weren't as bad, so I don't think you need to rush there. Have fun!

We do the same thing - go the left. However, if you want to get Story Time with Belle - go there first. Little Mermaid Ride has a fast pass so you don't have to worry there. You can do that later with a FP. But Story Time - we were there during a not so busy day and the entire day, 55 mins or longer for Belle.

For some reason, Mermaid lines seem to drop as soon as it hits dark. Went last week around 8 and the line was walk on for mermaid and for Belle. Just get the app and see how the day goes. It usually is really busy once the park opens, everyone seems to head there and then head to other parts of the park later.

Mermaid varies greatly and it has FP so don't worry about it. Belle last night (or this morning, whatever it was) during the All Nighter was a 30 minute wait at 2am and I haven't seen it below 40. It's very popular so I would consider grabbing Peter Pan FPs on the way, doing Belle, riding LM, meeting LM if you want to, and getting a cinnamon roll from Gaston's. they are AMAZING!

Agree? We were there about 30 mins after Rope Drop on 24 hour Day and waited about 10 mins. 3 of our 4 kids were chosen to have parts and it was magical! We did all of FL new and old, Circus Land and Tommorrow Land by 10:30. Knock it out early, I took the kids in stroller to park and line up for Belle a d DH took our older kids to FP Pan and meet us there...

The Belle thing is usually 30-45 minutes at night...when I happen to go by. I never go down to the Ariel M&G and don't know about that. :)

He best way to check things like this (for yourself) is to get the Lines app and look up the wait times on a regular basis. It's so easy to use. :)
